2. Service Agreement
By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a contract between you (the customer) and us (Platinum Transfers).
3. Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed by us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or booking form.
You are responsible for providing correct journey details (pickup time, address, flight number, passenger info).
Changes to bookings must be notified at least 24 hours before travel where possible.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are usually fixed unless the journey details change.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or cash to the driver.
Card and PayPal payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
Any additional charges (parking, waiting time beyond the included allowance, tolls, congestion charges) will be added to your fare and explained in advance where possible.
5. Waiting Time & Flight Delays
We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time at no extra cost (within reasonable limits).
Standard waiting time included: 30 minutes after flight landing (or agreed pickup time for non-airport journeys).
Additional waiting time is charged at our standard hourly rate (available on request).
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the fare.
No-shows (where the passenger does not appear at the agreed time/place): full fare may be charged.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
7. Conduct & Safety
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances is not permitted in our vehicles.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards drivers will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse transport if a passenger’s behaviour puts the driver or vehicle at risk.
8. Liability
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure you reach your destination on time. However, we are not liable for delays outside our control (traffic, accidents, extreme weather, road closures, etc.).
We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the journey booked.
9. Luggage & Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Please ensure your items are insured.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings left in the vehicle.
It is your responsibility to ensure your luggage fits safely within the vehicle booked.
10. Child Seats & Special Requests
Child seats can be provided on request at the time of booking (subject to availability).
Special assistance or accessibility requests should be made in advance so we can accommodate them.
11. Insurance & Licensing
All our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed and insured in accordance with UK private hire regulations.
Copies of licenses and insurance documents are available upon request.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
